CAPSA - Capacity Strengthening of Governments to address child labor and /or forced labor, and violations of acceptable work in Sub-Saharan Africa
The International Labour Organisation (ILO) engaged the ADRES group to develop the Strengthening Capacity of Governments to Adress Child Labour and/or Forced Labour, and Violations of Acceptable Conditions of Work in Sub-Saharan Africa (CAPSA) project documentary, which has been implemented in Kenya and Uganda since 2020.
ADRES group was expected to:
- Develop comprehensive story plans and decks outlining the narrative structure, visual concepts, and key messaging for the documentary.
- Conduct interviews and shoot project activities in Kenya and Uganda and capture the beneficiaries' stories and the human impact of the CAPSA activities.
- Develop both edited short videos for social media and long-version documentaries addressing each of the three key project outcomes:
- Outcome 1: Improved enforcement of legal frameworks and policies.
- Outcome 2: Improved assistance services for victims.
- Outcome 3: Strengthened partnerships to accelerate progress.
